LyricVideo.tv is a leading motion graphic production company specialized in the music industry. We create lyric videos, audio visualizers, promo materials, and provide marketing services for artists and labels. Over the past seven years, we have worked with major artists and labels, including Snoop Dogg, Jennifer Lopez, as well as Sony Music, Spinnin' Records, Vevo, and more.

 

We are looking to hire an Office Manager to be responsible for the general operation of our office. Duties will involve overseeing general office operations, coordinating appointments and meetings, perform various financial duties, and managing staff calendars and schedules. supervising, mentoring, training, and coaching our office staff and delegating assignments to ensure maximum productivity. Answering the incoming phone calls producing reports, composing correspondence, and drafting letters, creating presentations, and other management-level reports.

 

To be a successful hire, you will need to have prior experience, and also will need to be proficient in Microsoft Office applications and Google workspace(GDrive, Sheets, Docs, etc). Required work experience is 1-2 years. But if you are a newbie but feel confident enough, feel free to apply.

Qualifications:

  • English fluency

  • Proficient in MS Office and or Google workspace

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage, influence, and inspire

  • At least 1 - 2 Years experience in a relevant position (optional)

  • Creative skills are a plus!
