• Do you charge for repeats as well?
      Nope. If your song has exact same repeats such as chorus, we don't count them twice. 

 

• How long does it take to deliver?
      An average lyric video will take around 1 - 2 weeks to complete.

 

• After I place an order, how long does it take before I see results?
      Any new order takes us 24 - 48 hours to process. We will always send you updates and keep you posted on all the details of your order, as well as the progress throughout the campaign. Please keep in mind each service is different and some things may take longer than others to complete.

 

• What if I need my video designed really fast?
      If you have a tight schedule or release date, we do Extra Fast delivery as well. Contact us immediately.

• Which payment options do you accept?
      We accept PayPal & Payoneer which can be paid with any credit card, debit, or PayPal account. We are a verified PayPal business. If you are unable to pay with a credit or debit card please contact us for a custom payment arrangement.

• What if we wanted to change the final design?
      You can always discuss your ideas and references with our designers before placing an order. We send drafts while the designing process is on to make sure that everything looks perfect, and do free revisions as well.

• Can you do a lyric video in my Language?
      Sure. We've designed lyric videos in Spanish, French, Chinese and Egyptian languages. Please send us the song with the lyric sheet for more details.
